"Texas Rangers pitching coach Mark Connor had the following updates Saturday: Vicente Padilla, on the disabled list with neck stiffness and a sore thumb, will throw on Monday in his native Nicaragua, where he will go during the All-Star break, and then throw a bullpen session Thursday in Minnesota. If all goes well, Padilla will be activated and start against the Twins on July 20."
