Draft has plenty to offer, most of it unknown

It might seem on the surface, or depending on how many mock drafts you've sorted through in the past few weeks, that this is a two-man draft, the consensus opinion being that Memphis point guard Derrick Rose and Kansas State forward Michael Beasley are this year's version of Greg Oden and Kevin Durant. But for those who have followed this talented draft class for more than the past few months, it's anything but. "I've said all along, since I first saw these guys at my ABCD camps, that this class will be the best, top-to-bottom, since 1989," said Sonny Vaccaro, who ran the prestigious ABCD scouting camps until 2007. "There may not be a Kobe Bryant or LeBron James, or even a Kevin Durant or Greg Oden, but there will be a lot of guys from this class who play in a lot of All Star games."
