A-Rod wants to pump you up.

The most highly paid Yankee on the disabled list resurfaced Friday on Facebook, where Alex Rodriguez posted photos of himself working out at an undisclosed New York City gym.

“The rehab journey continues. Ready to support the New York Yankees,” reads the caption above three photos of the Yankee third baseman, who is in the middle of a squat exercise, and whose biceps are bulging out of a gray T-shirt.

It has been a long, strange spring for the slugger, who had hip surgery in January (his second in four years). On Jan. 26, the Daily News first reported Rodriguez’s links to a Miami-area man named Anthony Bosch. Three days later, the Miami New Times published documents it claimed were from Bosch, which listed Rodriguez and numerous athletes as having procured performance-enhancing drugs from Bosch and his now defunct anti-aging clinic. Major League Baseball continues to investigate the matter.
