Don’t know how I missed this earlier but here you go. The Minnesota Wild have said goodbye to defensive prospect Bjorn Krupp.

What does this mean? Well it sheds a little bit of salary and also frees up a contract that would be put to better use elsewhere. Krupp an undrafted free agent defenseman played three unspectacular seasons with the OHL’s Belleville Bulls before heading overseas to turn pro with the DEL’s Cologne Sharks. He never stood a chance of making Minnesota’s lineup.
