"He's going to be upset, because he really wants to start," Fraley said. "I think his long-term future is as a starter. But after this elbow thing, they don't know how bad it is. I have a sneaking suspicion, and I'm not accusing them of lying, but this elbow's worse then they're letting on. They couldn't sit around and wait for him to get healthy again. They can try it again next year. With this, they're not having to rush him back and jeopardize his health longterm. But I think he showed enough in those six or seven starts that I think he can start in the future. But you get him healthy and put him back in the bullpen, that's a heck of a bullpen you're going to have.
