Why did you come to the Mavericks?

Vince Carter: Great opportunity, great basketball team. It's always been an interest in possibly playing here. Looking at the pieces to the puzzle, and what they accomplished last year and you say 'Hey, they can possibly do it again,' and I just wanted to be a part of it. A lot of guys here, like JKidd and Brendan, I've played with before. It makes the transition a lot easier.
