The Titans made it an even dozen in their free-agent class of 2013, agreeing to terms with wide receiver Kevin Walter and center/guard Chris Spencer today.

Walter, a 10-year veteran, totaled 41 receptions for 518 yards (12.6-yard average) and two touchdowns in 16 games for the Texans last season. He’s had more than 50 catches four times in his career – 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Of his 41 catches last season, 27 (66 percent) were for first downs.

The 6-foot-3, 309-pound Spencer is a versatile eight-year veteran who was a first-round pick of the Seahawks in 2005. He’s played in 105 games and has started 89 – 62 at center, 19 at right guard and eight left guard.

Last season he appeared in 10 games for the Bears, starting three at left guard and two at right guard.
