France international centre-back Adil Rami looks likely to be the subject of a three-way transfer tug of war in January with Arsenal Inter and Napoli all attentive to his unhappy situation at Valencia.

Rami has been suspended from duty at the Mestalla following public comments criticising the team and the club's coach Miroslav Djukic. The defender had slammed the Serbian tactician admitting: "My relationship with him is not good. He does not speak to your face."

The 27-year-old was summoned to Valencia's offices on Friday and suspended due to gross misconduct which carries a potential punishment of heavy fines or even termination of contract.

Valencia though are unlikely to take that route and despite Rami having 15 days to appeal while the Spanish side ponder their final course of action the defender is poised to be sold.

The France international who has accused Djukic of a lack of faith has no shortage of suitors and is expected to quit Los Che when the transfer market opens again in January.
