Team USA completed its coaching staff for the 2014 Olympic games in Sochi, Russia on Tuesday morning, announcing that Peter Laviolette, Todd Richards, and Tony Granato will serve as assistant coaches under head coach Dan Bylsma.

Laviolette, currently the coach of the Philadelphia Flyers, had to be one of the leading candidates for the head coaching job so it's no surprise that he's been added to the staff as an assistant.

The only real interesting dynamic about the move is the sometimes heated history that's existed between he and Bylsma (not to mention Tony Granato, who is currently an assistant with the Penguins) during some of the recent Penguins-Flyers meetings.
