The Big Three turned in perhaps its best collective performance of the season, and the Spurs needed all of it to survive a ridiculous outburst from Kevin Love and outlast Minnesota.

Kevin Love finished with 42 points, including eight 3-pointers, and 14 rebounds. He had 19 and seven in the third quarter alone as Minnesota outscored the Spurs 35-18 to take a nine-point advantage into the fourth.

The Spurs (18-4) recovered and won going away thanks to their veteran pillars. Tony Parker scored 12 of his 29 in the final quarter, Tim Duncan had a near-triple-double with 12 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists, and Manu Ginibli had 20 points and nine assists off the bench.
