The Blackhawks have gotten plenty of rest already ahead of their Western Conference semifinal series against Detroit, and the first four games will provide even more.

After opening Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at the United Center, Game 2 will be a noon puck drop on the west side Saturday. While Game 3 will be in Detroit next Monday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. CST, Game 4 won't take place until Thursday, May 23 at 7 p.m. CST. So there will be two sets off two consecutive off-days over the first four contests.

On the "if necessary" schedule, starting times have yet to be determined for Game 5 on Saturday, May 25 at the United Center, Game 6 Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day) at Joe Louis Arena, and a Game 7 Wednesday, May 29 at the United Center.
