The new Sharks defenseman has embraced the Bay Area with a passion. Cycling. Surfing. Playing golf at Pebble Beach. Attending an Earthquakes game.

We know all about this because Burns eagerly shares his adventures on social media -- recently inviting Twitter followers to join him on a bike ride through the Santa Cruz Mountains.

"It's been awesome," Burns said of his new home. "A really easy fit."
