Buffalo Sabres forward Patrick Kaleta will have his suspension appeal heard Monday afternoon.

Kaleta will meet with NHL commissioner Gary Bettman in person in New York City at 2:00pm et.

The Sabres' agitator received a 10-game suspension on October 15th for an incident during an October 10th game against the New York Rangers when he hit Rangers forward Rick Nash with a check to the head. There was no penalty assessed on the play.

Kaleta had already served two games of the suspension while awaiting official word of the length of his ban to come down.
