The Timberwolves will be missing regulars Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio when they play the Portland Trail Blazers at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at Target Center, the team announced.

Love has been sidelined by a sprained finger and Rubio by back spasms.

Love suffered the sprain on his right hand late in his team's 101-97 victory over the Nuggets in Denver. He broke the same hand in October and missed the Wolves' first nine games.
