An unidentified team has claimed Philadelphia Phillies starter Cole Hamels off waivers, reports FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal. The Phillies have two days to construct a deal with that team or pull him back off waivers.

Hamels has a partial no-trade clause and can only be traded to nine teams without his consent: the Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Angels, Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals, Washington Nationals, San Diego Padres, New York Yankees and Texas Rangers
