Add one more name to the Rangers' rumor mill.

According to Yahoo! Sports' Jeff Passan, the Boston Red Sox have called the Rangers and Atlanta Braves in an attempt to gauge each teams' interest in RHP Josh Beckett. Boston is looking to dump the 32-year-old pitcher, who is in the midst of his second rough season in three years.

In 17 starts with Boston this year, Beckett is 5-9 with a 4.57 ERA and 82 strikeouts, though the pitcher posted a 2.89 ERA and finished 9th in the Cy Young race just last year.
