One of the biggest questions that has gone unanswered in the Richie Incognito-Jonathan Martin saga is what did Dolphins coach Joe Philbin know and when did he know it. He met with the media twice last week and both times said he wouldn't comment on the NFL's ongoing investigation into the bully allegations against Incognito.

Meanwhile, general manager Jeff Ireland, who reportedly suggested Martin "punch" Incognito, again faces scrutiny for how he goes about his job (He once asked Dez Bryant whether Bryant's mother was a prostitute).

Now, according to NFL.com's Mike Silver, neither Philbin nor Ireland "are expected to survive this."
