The Los Angeles Angels are in on trade talks for Brewers pitcher Zack Greinke, according to CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman.

The Angels, who currently sit four games behind the Rangers in the AL West, already have one of the AL's best pitching staffs with a team ERA of 3.61, which is second in the league.

But with starters Dan Haren and Ervin Santana struggling through mediocre seasons and the club lacking a consistent No. 5 starter, the Angels could conceivably slot Greinke in behind Jered Weaver and C.J. Wilson to give them one of the most potent 1-2-3 punches in baseball.
