Ryan Raburn continued his hot streak at the plate, but the Indians loset 11-8 to the Padres this afternoon at Goodyear Ballpark.
Raburn hit his fourth home run of the spring with two runners on base in the Tribe's six-run first inning, but the staff couldn't hold the lead.
In seven exhibiton games, Raburn is batting .600 (9-for-15) with a team leading nine RBI. This in no way guarantees that he will leave Arizona with a roster spot.
""Obviously, he feels very good about himself right now,'' manager Terry Francona said. ""He's confident, and he's putting up very good at-bats.''
