Reports in France suggest that the Paris club wants to add a new winger and has now whittled down its shortlist to two names - Nani and Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria.

According to Le Parisien PSG have decided that their star-studded squad is still lacking a wide player and have identified the pair as their top targets.

And Le10Sport adds that PSG are ready to turn to Nani or Di Maria after conceding that they are no longer in the running to sign Tottenham's Gareth Bale.

Whilst PSG would be happy to attract either Di Maria or Nani to the Parc des Princes it is thought that the Manchester United midfielder is their preferred option for a couple of reasons.

Firstly Di Maria does not have a European passport and PSG already have a full complement of squad members from outside of the EU meaning someone would need to leave to facilitate the Argentine's arrival.

Nani of course would not pose a problem in that respect as a Portugese international.
