The Penguins have recalled winger Beau Bennett from their farm team in Wilkes-Barre.
He had been assigned to the Baby Penguins Monday to open a spot on the 23-man major-league roster for center Evgeni Malkin, who had been on injured-reserve with a concussion.
Bennett has a goal and two assists in eight games with the Penguins.
He is participating in their practice today at Southpointe, as is injured defenseman Paul Martin.
