An American court has ordered billionaire John McCaw Jr., former owner of the Vancouver Canucks, to testify at the upcoming Steve Moore-Todd Bertuzzi civil lawsuit in September.

The order by a U.S. District court in Seattle came just after the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made a similar recommendation, which came after a motion from the Moore camp that he not continue to ignore requests made for his participation.

McCaw, if keeping to the law, will be allowed to testify via video conferencing at the upcoming multi-million dollar suit.
