Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert's first playoff appearance isn't going as he planned.

Hibbert went 3-of-12 from the field and scored only six points in the Pacers' 88-84 loss to the Chicago Bulls on Thursday.

When asked about his struggles, Hibbert, who has had a difficult time getting position in the post, talked about where he's catching the ball.

"I'm not getting it where I want it," he said. "I don't want to shoot jump shots. I want to get it in the paint, get it on the block. We're running other stuff."

Getting shots close to the basket hasn't been a problem for Hibbert. Of his 12 attempts, nine were within 10 feet of the basket.

He is shooting only 38.5 percent from the field in the series.
