Arsenal have been given encouragement in their pursuit of Auxerre striker Paul-Georges Ntep, who has revealed his preference to move to the Emirates over Chelsea, Tottenham and Villa.

The 21-year-old has been monitored by several Premier League and European clubs after breaking into the Auxerre team.

Moreover, he has impressed at international level for the France U21s, hitting six goals in just seven appearances.

Though Tottenham and Chelsea have been linked with the player, Ntep has admitted a move to Arsenal would be too good to turn down if the opportunity arose.

"Arsenal is a club that appeals to any player," Ntep told L'Equipe
