Titans quarterback Jake Locker (right thumb) is not expected to play against the Jaguars on Sunday (noon, WTVF-5, 104.5-FM). He's officially listed listed as questionable.

Locker made some soft tosses during the open portion of practice on Friday, but on the injury report he was designated as a non-participant.

Backup Charlie Whitehurst is expected to make his second start of the season. He also started the Sept. 28 game against the Colts when Locker sat out because of a wrist injury.

Locker suffered the thumb injury during last Sunday's loss to the Browns.
