Jets running back Mike Goodson returned to practice yesterday, according to a source.

Goodson sat out the first week of organized team activities (OTAs) last week while dealing with his legal issues. Goodson, whom the Jets signed to a three-year, $6.9 million deal in March, was arrested early in the morning of May 17 on drugs and weapons charges. He pleaded not guilty last Wednesday.

Anthony Fusco, Goodson’s attorney, said the player had reached an agreement with the Jets and the NFL to skip the practices last week to take care of the legal matters. He met with team officials on May 20. All of the team’s OTAs are voluntary.
