With 22 games remaining in the 2013 season Frank Francisco will finally be in a Mets uniform Sunday.

The right-hander was reinstated from the 60-day disabled list Saturday and will join the Mets Sunday. After the Mets' 9-4 loss to the Indians Saturday the team also announced reliever Greg Burke will rejoin the Mets Sunday from Triple-A Las Vegas which was eliminated from the postseason earlier in the day.

Francisco underwent surgery on his right elbow to remove a bone spur in December and was expected to be ready for spring training. But he immediately claimed discomfort and was shut down. He spent his summer making sporadic rehab appearances only to be shut down after complaining of soreness leaving the Mets' brass flabbergasted.
