Mavericks forward Devin Ebanks may not even make the opening night roster for Dallas but if he does he won’t be available for the first two games of the season.

Ebanks’ arrest for DUI actually happened nearly 12 months ago (when he was a member of the Lakers) but the case finally made it to a judge and Ebanks reportedly pled guilty according to multiple outlets. It’s important to note that the suspension was issued by the league itself and that it would apply to both the Mavericks and any other club that Ebanks were to suit up for no matter when that takes place.
