Phoenix Coyotes center Martin Hanzal was responsible for three injuries on Thursday night to Vancouver Canucks players.

On Friday, the NHL fined him $5,000 for the third incident, a high-sticking infraction against Canucks forward David Booth.

Booth did not return after being high-sticked with 4:05 left in regulation, and Hanzal served four minutes on the play.

The 6-6 center had injured two players earlier in the third period.
