The Orlando Magic "are not actively trying to move me," shooting guard J.J. Redick told Brian Schmitz of the Orlando Sentinel after Orlando's 110-104 win against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday. Schmitz writes that "various teams, however, are actively trying to land him."
In his seventh season out of Duke, Redick is averaging 15.5 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game on 45.7 percent shooting. His productivity and expiring contract make him an attractive target for teams hoping to improve their wing rotations before the playoffs begin.
According to Schmitz, Redick "prefers to stay in Orlando and didn’t seem too concerned when I spoke with him after the club’s win over Portland."
