And with just a year left on his Ajax contract, Eriksen has made it clear he's open to a move away from the Holland side.

But according to Danish paper Ekstra Bladet, the San Siro has moved in to pole-postion and have even a four-year-deal in place for him.

Milan side have yet to agree a fee however, and may even have to sell in order to finance the deal.

Rumours surfaced earlier this week suggesting Kevin-Prince Boateng could be heading for the exit, as the club will likely need around £15m to make the bid happen.
