Cliff Avril is already known as one of the NFL's top free agents this off-season. But the No. 1 free agent? That's a bit new.

That's according to Sports Illustrated NFL expert Peter King, who's got him right at the end of the countdown, ahead of the Baltimore Ravens' Paul Kruger, the New England Patriots' Aqib Talib and the Buffalo Bills' Andy Levitre.

King says the Cleveland Browns, who expressed interest in going after Avril earlier this week, are the best fit.

"An above-average pass rusher who is only 26. He's not premier, but still worth $10 million a year," King writes.

NFL teams can begin signing free agents at 4 p.m. Tuesday, and it might not take long for Avril to find a new employer, if the Detroit Lions let him go.
