Adam Lind wasn't in the Blue Jays lineup again Sunday, missing his third straight game due to back tightness.

"If his back is the same there's a good chance we could be looking at a roster change," manager John Farrell told reporters. "We can't go much longer with only two healthy bench players (Omar Vizquel and Yan Gomes)."

First baseman David Cooper, like Lind, a left-handed hitter is the most obvious candidate to be promoted. He has been with the Jays twice this season, hitting .292 with two homers and six RBIs in 24 games.

Lind said his back was sore ... and that was before what usually is a six-hour flight to Seattle, where the Jays face the Seattle Mariners on Monday.
