White Sox first baseman Paul Konerko acknowledged he's hitting the ball to right field with more frequency but quickly shot down any suggestions his left wrist still is bothering him.

"No," Konerko replied tersely when asked if the wrist was nagging him and might be affecting his power.

Konerko proved his point Monday night by hitting a three-run home run off Twins left-hander Francisco Liriano in the first inning that traveled over the right-field fence.
