The Rangers are looking at life without Neftali Feliz for at least six weeks and the team is now scrambling on how to fill a long-term hole in the rotation.

"We're going to consider all our options," Rangers GM Jon Daniels said. "We'll look internally and externally. Everything is on the table."

It's unclear what this will mean long-term for Feliz. He lasted only seven starts after moving from the bullpen before suffering a sprain of the ulnar collateral ligament in his elbow. The Rangers aren't going to make plans for whether he'll remain in the rotation or return to the bullpen anytime soon.
