Center Boone Jenner could still play for the Blue Jackets this season, but he'll first make a stop with the Jackets' minor-league club in Springfield, Mass.

Sources in Springfield told The Dispatch tonight that Jenner will travel to Springfield on Thursday. The Falcons, who have already clinched a playoff spot and a division championship, have six games remaining in the regular-season, beginning on Friday at Adirondack.

Jenner just finished a four year career with his junior club in Oshawa (OHL). This season, he had 45-37-82 in 56 games with Oshawa during the regular season.
