The Jaguars were among the 22 NFL teams in suburban Baltimore today for the Towson University Pro Day.

West projects as a second or third day pick in next month’s draft.

West, listed at the Combine as 5-foot-9 and weighed in today at 230 pounds, ran a 4.54-second 40-yard dash in late February and stood on that time.

The Jaguars could take a running back in the mid-to-late rounds of the draft.

Playing at an FCS (formerly Division I-AA) school, West had seasons of 1,294, 1,046 and 2,410 rushing yards and scored a whopping 83 touchdowns.

Last year, West played 15 games (including playoffs) and rushed 391 times. He had 12 100-yard rushing games.
