The Jacksonville Jaguars had one of the top payrolls in the NFL last season, despite finishing the year with just a 2-14 record and being blown out in quite a few of their games. The team was missing some important pieces like Maurice Jones-Drew and Daryl Smith for the majority of the season, but overall the team just wasn't very good.

Pro Football Focus took an interesting take on each roster in the NFL in 2012, ranking the team's "Performance Based Value". It's based off what the player's value on the field was versus his cap hit.

By far the most overvalued player on the Jaguars in 2012 was linebacker Paul Posluszny, which isn't much of a surprise given his overall salary and cap hit.
