Jaromir Jagr's return to the NHL has been a huge storyline for the Flyers this season. Despite not having scored a goal yet, Jagr has become a staple on the team's top line featuring Claude Giroux and James van Riemsdyk. Jagr's veteran presence has been an asset to the team and one highlight of that presence is what the team has nicknamed "Jagr Hockey School."

According to Yahoo! Sports, Jagr made a request to the Flyers that the team granted. Jagr asked for the key to the team's practice facility in Voorhees, N.J., which he uses to practice on late nights.

Jagr has opened his late-night hockey sessions up to teammates, but he has not forced anyone to attend. He simply prefers the openness of the late-night ice and the ability to focus on what he needs to work on.
