Neftali Feliz's dominance of Seattle is officially historic. Feliz held the Mariners hitless in their first 58 at-bats against him, dating to 2009, before he allowed a fourth inning single to Justin Smoak Tuesday.

According to the Elias Sports Bureau, it is the longest hitless streak against one team to start a career since the expansion era began in 1961. The previous mark was held by Billy Wagner, who held Pittsburgh hitless for 48 at-bats from 1996-2001.
