Tyler Hansbrough, the Indiana Pacers' starting power forward at the end of last season, has heard about the franchise's desire to add another player at his position.

He's not upset that President Larry Bird wants to bring in a rugged player who can defend and score in the post.

"That's what I'm about, winning," Hansbrough said Wednesday as he showed up for his first workout at Conseco Fieldhouse. "So whoever they feel like can help us win ballgames is who I want on the team. If we get a good power forward, which is where we need help at, I'm willing to compete and do my role to win."
