For Austin Jackson, patrolling Comerica Park's massive center field is a tough job. Saturday night's game against the Indians was a perfect example of what makes his task so difficult.

The Indians' Ezequiel Carrera boomed two triples Saturday night — including one with two out in the sixth inning for Cleveland's first base runner.

Tigers starter Doug Fister had set down the first 17 in a row.

"It kind of froze me for a second because I really didn't know how hard it was hit," Jackson said. "It was obviously hit a lot hard than I thought."
