Not all NBA trade rumors turn into deals, but the latest buzz features a few of players who could be on the move before the Feb. 21 deadline.

Some teams spend the time before the trade deadline looking to acquire players who could help them prepare for a stretch run. Other teams look to get an early start on turning the page and are open to shipping players elsewhere.

These are the players who are already gaining interest from other teams around the league.

There is no surprise that one of the best young players in the NBA is drawing interest around the league.

The seventh overall pick in last year's draft is currently sixth among rookies in scoring (9.4 points per game) and is a big part of the success of the Golden State Warriors this season.

According to Marcus Thompson (via Sulia.com), this has led to a few phone calls from other teams:

Harrison Barnes' name comes up quite a bit. But the Warriors aren't interesting in moving Barnes. One source it would take a "major offer" to get them to even think about moving Barnes. It's obvious to Warriors fans that Barnes is/should be untouchable. But that hasn't stop teams from trying to pry him away for the Warriors.

Considering Barnes' importance to the team and his potential, it would take a lot for him to be moved, but a big enough trade chip to improve the team's chances of contending this season could force the Warriors to make a deal.
