With the Mavericks striking out on Deron Williams and Steve Nash, a lot of talk has been about the Mavericks potentially saving cap space to make a run at big-name free agents Chris Paul, Dwight Howard and James Harden next summer.

Another name to watch: Los Angeles Lakers big man Andrew Bynum, who according to a report by Yahoo! Sports, would be interested in landing with the Mavericks next summer if he doesn't reach an extension with the Lakers.

Bynum, 24, has only played with the Lakers since being drafted out of high school by the club in 2005.
