The Yankees are on an Ichi-roll.

When he was traded to the Yankees in late July, Ichiro Suzuki could barely contain his excitement about playing meaningful baseball in the season's final months. He's certainly making the most of his opportunity.

Ichiro sparked the Yankees for a second straight day, homering and driving in three runs to lead the Bombers to a 10-7 win over the Blue Jays Thursday night at the Stadium to finish off a three-game sweep.

"Baseball is a game where you really don't know the reason why certain things happen," Ichiro said through a translator. "That's what I've felt in past days."
