Defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson will miss his fifth consecutive game when the Chicago Blackhawks face the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday night.
Hjalmarsson hasn't played since Feb. 23 due to a suspected concussion and has been on the Hawks' three-game road trip and practicing with the team.
"(Hjalmarsson) is going to be out for (Tuesday) but he's still progressing," coach Joel Quenneville said following Monday's practice at Scottrade Center. "He's getting real close. We have three extra days going into Friday (vs. the Rangers)."
