Two-thirds of the Yankees' outfield limped toward the showers yesterday, and it had nothing to do with a third straight loss.

Curtis Granderson and Raul Ibanez were victimized by foul balls off their right legs, problems they said weren't serious.

"During my second at-bat I fouled a ball off my right calf,'' said Granderson, who went 0-for-3 with a walk in the 3-0 loss to the Rays. "I got ice on it.''

Ibanez, who started in right with Nick Swisher serving as the DH, said his situation was "nothing.''

As for a botched play in right during the first inning, Ibanez took the blame.
