Another NHL lockout may be coming in September when the league's CBA expires. Meantime, the Flyers and a bunch of other anxious clubs have gone into lockdown waiting to see if left wing Zach Parise and defenseman Ryan Suter will accept their pot of gold.

The two most-coveted free agents in this year's crop were expected to make decisions shortly after the signing period began at noon Sunday, then when nothing materialized right away, they supposedly were going to sleep on it and announce a decision on Monday.

By Monday night, both still were weighing offers.
