So much for the Change of Venue theory.

The Steelers traded linebacker Adrian Robinson to the Eagles for running back Felix Jones before their Preseason Week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Friday they released Robinson just two weeks into his tenure with the team.

The Eagles also cut former Steelers back-up quarterback Dennis Dixon.

Dixon odd as it seems is one of the very few quarterbacks in the NFL with two Super Bowl rings. He was on the Steelers' Super Bowl XLIII championship team as well as a member of the Baltimore Ravens' Super Bowl-winning team last season.
