Former Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Tony Dungy joined Tuesday's edition of SportsTalk Live to share his thoughts on two of his proteges getting coaching gigs this offseason, and discuss why he thinks Jay Cutler's contract could be a bargain for the Bears.

Cutler had his best season from a statisical standpoint in 2013 and if it wasn't for injuries, the Bears could have very well made it to the postseason in Marc Trestman's first year at the helm in Chicago.

"You can't criticize Cutler's play this year," Dungy Said. "If Jay Cutler does what the coaching staff and management think he can do, it will look like a bargain at the end of the day."
